Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. All returning products must be kept sealed and in the original condition when they were shipped to be accepted If returned items aren't in the same condition, damaged, broken seal or opened in any ways, a fees may apply or the return may be rejected entirely

If a mistake is faulted by us we will provide you with a return label, once we've received the item a full refund or exchange package will get send out to you.

If the customer return the item that aren't faulted by us or because of buyer's remorse, a 20% restocking will be applied based on the item value.

Cancellations subject to approval by Fayetteville Collectibles and can no longer be requested once the item have been shipped.
